rollover won't go away after back button

I created my simple rollovers in fireworks. In fact I created every page in
fireworks and added links in Dreamweaver. In Safari, when I return back via
the back button the button I just used is still highlighted and won't go away
until I roll over it again. In explorer, the same thing except it outlines the
slice shape as well.
Also, I would like to use Dreamweaver to do more creation of the web pages
instead of everything in Fireworks. but when I import an image into
dreamweaver I can move it around. Do I have to still go through fireworks and
prep each individual image or can I do that all in Dreamweaver? Thanks
