Rollover Image Problems

When I make my rolllovers in deamweaver every time I got to view them in the
web browser I get the little message up top that say "to help your security,
internet explorer has restricted this file from showing etc...." Is there
anyway around this so I dont get this stupoid box from coming up everytime

or add the "Mark of the Web" to your local files' markup (immediately under
the Doctype, if there is one)
