Default Rollover Image problem - 06-29-2004 , 06:20 PM

I created some rollovers as a menu for a website I'm making in Dreamweaver.
Everything worked great in preview mode but when I uploaded everything to the
website the images don't rollover and I get a javascript error. I uploaded the
html and images to my personal website and everything works fine there.

I talked briefly to the host and he was stumped but I let him know I'd try to
figure it out and call him back if I can't find anything. I've been working on
finding an answer for a couple of days with no luck. Have any of you had
similar problems or know what the problem could be? Otherwise I guess I'll
try calling the host again.

I had this problem before. It had to do with the way I had my links mapped.
Is it possible that you have absolute links to the images. For example
/assets/images/imagefile.jpg. The mappings may not be the same once you
upload to the remote server. If so try removing the leading slash.

Thanks for the responses and sorry for the delay in getting back. The forums
went down a couple hours after my post and I was out of town for a few days.
The paths to the images are the same in both cases and don't have a leading
slash. http://www.radiogarage.com is where it isn't working and
http://www.barliman.com/test/welcome.html is where it is working.
