return false on Click

return false on Click - 07-09-2004 , 09:06 AM

I have made all the # links actual links to open in a new window. The
problem is on a PC in IE. the visited link does not change color until
you
leave the page or hit refresh. could someone look at this and offer a
suggestion. It works on my Mac. Here is the link.
