[Repost] How to control window size without using Javascript

No action on my previous post. Hope someone can help.

I'm preparing an html email to open a browser window that has a quicktime
movie embedded into it. Is there a way to code a new browser window to open
at a certain size when clicking on the link in the email? I know how to code
it i n Javascript to work from a web browser but it seems that Outlook and
Eudora at least don't recognize the code and I would assume most other email
browsers don't either.

Any help would be appreciated.
