REPOST: Dreamweaver licence question

Hello group,

some questions:
is it OK to buy a version of dreamweaverMX from ebay?
When this version is already registered by the seller, is it possible for me
to register on my own name?
Does the licence have a name of the owner on it?
How can I be sure it's not an educational version?

Some other things I need to consider?

Lots of questions, hope anyone can answer some for me.
