Repeat Action Commands?

Please forgive my verbiage, I'm not quite sure what it's called what i'm trying
to do.

I was wondering if there was a way to record a set of commands. For example
after I open a file I want the following to happen: attach style sheet, resize
photo, left align photo.

I have a whole bunch of pages that need to have this happen.

Can my style sheet resize the photo?

Not an urgent matter, but whenever you get the chance.
