Renaming files based on Titles name

Tried to email you and I sent the errors and code. Anyway I am getting this
error now that I added the set_time_limit(0)

Missing semicolon after the set_time_limit(0).

would you like me to email you a zipped up file that has a few of the files in
it so you can take a look?

If necessary (try to fix the code first): Zip up as many as you like and
mail me (up to 20MB or - better - put the zip on some webspace if
possible and mail me just the URL (would save download time, because
binary files in e-mails are heavily bloated due to the encoding).
