Default Reducing space - 11-29-2004 , 10:34 AM

Could anybody please tell me how to keep the space at the bottom of a page
to a minimum, for eg. my page which can be seen at www.fellglintpugs.co.uk
as soon as I start to type any text underneath the image the vertical
scrollbar appears, and then when I view the page in a browser there is a lot
of empty space at the bottom of the page where you have to scroll to see the
footer.

Hope this makes sense and thanks for any advice

Tom

at a guess you are using tables
if you are, the cell below your cell containing text has a height set.
Remove the attribute height="YOUR_HEIGHT"

Thanks Craig
I am using tables but don't have any heights set, on my monitor at a
resolution of 1280x960 and minimising the browser even with the slightest
bit of text you still have to scroll. I know it can be done because Murray
showed this URL http://www.oakfurnituremaker.co.uk/ and viewing it the same
on my monitor, browser size etc I dont have to scroll.

Thanks
Tom
