Record Insertion Form Wizard Help required

Hi there

I am having trouble getting my insertion form to save the info to a database.
What I want to do is to get customers to subscribe to a monthly newsletter by
inserting their email addresses into a form which should then be saved to a MS
Access Database. I have made the connection and theres no problems there. But
when use the record insertion form wizard and try to test it on my testing
server (offline)...and when I click submit I get the following message:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be
displayed.

I have defined a go to page after submitting the info...but that doesnt come
up and neither does it want to store the input data into the database..Can
anyone please help me out here.

This error is usually associated with a permissions error.
