you can use a Design-Time stylesheet in dw, to remove the css-p stuff that
gets design view confused.

the results may not be pretty- but you can display the contents of the
divisions neatly and be able to input content into them.

for contribute- i'm still doing research on a reasonable way to have a
design-time stylesheet be used for editing, either with a noscript tag or
with serverside User Agent testing.
