An FTP error occured - cannot make connection to host.
The remote host cannot be found. This is when I am just trying to test
connection to the server.

that means that what you have entered into the FTP address line- there is
nothing on the other end of it. Dw can't find a host at that ftp address.

so- Check what your host says to use for an FTP address.

What is your host- and what exactly are you entering on that line?
