You could use Library items, Templates, or Server-side includes to do that
job. DW's F1 help has a good explanation of each.

Which menu did you use? The pop-up menus? Be aware that there are MANY
issues with that menu choice.

Hi, i have created my drop down menu's in Dreamweaver. How can i place
this
menu in the top of each page of my site in a way that will allow me to
update
one file if changes need to be made to this menu (no frames)? is it done
using
style sheets? the site i am building is very simple so i guess i'm after
the
easiest solution right now! help appreciated!! Cheers Ray

I definitely don't recommend those pop-up menus, or any all-javascript menu
system. To know more about this and the alternatives, read here -

interesting, thanks. going to give the other methods (hidden elements) a try. i assume those kinds of menu's will work fine as a library item too?
