I'm not sure what you want to happen. If you want to copy the folders
without Dreamweaver changing anything, you could just do it outside of
Dreamweaver.

I have a series of folders that contain css files. However, if I duplicate

No, I do want it to change the links but also the references of images

Basically, I can rename the folder that has all the css files in it, but
