Found it!!

Edit > Preferences > Site > Dependent files has a check box that enables the
dialog box I want when I click Put.

I am curious, if anyone knows, how I would have found this in the online help;
anyone know where to access that through the index or search?

Anyway, it's resolved. Thanks for the thoughts!!
