One way is to use layers. The only thing is that it wont work in all
browsers.

& just got my hands on DW3. I'm trying to figure out how to make a table

bkgrd transparent so just the frame bkgrd shows through so when the content
area is scrolled, the bkgrd doesn't move. I know how to add bkgrd patterns
or colors but there seems no way to put "nothing" in the bkgrd! The help
files are no help either.

remove a lot of comments, empty font tags & other stuff that makes no sense
