I wrote what I wrote because it IS invalid code. That may or may not

Some clients, for instance, will insist on the user of valid code.

I have posted that work around many times here, so it's really nothing
new. Personally, I don't use it. I fail to see why it makes so much
difference if a particular page displays a few pixels higher or lower in
a browser, but then I'm more of a coder than a designer. ;-)

I copied and stored that little precious code. If they always ask me Flash they
can ask me everything and I have to do it like they want. Yes, I feel better
now.
