the only way you'd have control of this is if it was a single Flash .swf
file instead of the mp3 and gif. Then you could cue the music to specific
keyframes.
as a side benefit, it would probably be much smaller filesize. And you
wouldn't have to worry about what is going to open and play the mp3 file on
the visitor's computer setup.
