"Also I was wondering, do I have to go through the government to copyright my sites name "Vorspann"? or can I just put a copyright by it?"
I'm not sure about the specifics, but I don't think you can copyright a business name. Copyrights generally apply to artistic creations, like writing, photos or artwork. I THINK what you need ot investigate is a TRADENAME. If I remember correctly, a TRADEMARK is a logo, or an artistic representation of a tradename.
If Vorspann is already taken or is a common word or name, you might not be allowed to protect it as a tradename. (Microsoft's stupidly named "Windows" is an exception.) But you might be able to protect it if you modify it, changing it to "VorspannInternet" or "BestVorspann," for example.
If you designed a logo that uses the word Vorspann, you might be able to protect that with a trademark. Other people could use the same name, but they couldn't use your particular logo.
