Re: Scrollbars needed in Netscape

Again I would like to know how to tell Netscape to show scrollbars on every page of my site even when they are not needed. Some pages on the site require scrollbars (because of the amount of content on the page), but other pages don't need a scrollbar so they (the scrollbars) don't showup in Netscape, which shifts the layout, making the page with no scrollbar line up differently than on the pages with a scrollbar.
