I have some questions that aren't specific to Dreamweaver but instead are
more on html and web page building in general. Can someone recommend a
newsgroup or forum for those type of questions?

Because of the unnecessary scrolling.

I realize that it's considered "correct", but that doesn't make it any less
awkward and annoying to me. :-)

Darn Right!! Couldn't agree more. Perhaps pasting the bits you want to reply to
above your reply...but bottom posting is almost as annoying as those people who
wait till the last possible moment to merge into a long line of traffic (know
what I mean??).

AAAAAAAAARRRRGGGGGGg!!!!!!! You're darn lucky I love ya, Dan, or I'd throttle
you for that one!!

The elderly cause most accidents in the US, although the actually get into the
fewest. They cause them by causing chaos around them and somehow managing to
escape unscathed. Hardly seems fair!! My grandfather has caused 6 accidents in
3 years, but he always says it's not his fault, of course. It's not his fault
that he's 87 and his neck won't crane around to look behind him when he wants
to change lanes!! SHEESH! How dare they blame HIM for the effects of TIME????

P.S. Please see that lovely unclippedness (?) below...I left that 'specially
for you! :P

Like when some never bother to trim their replies, but leaves two
hundred lines of junk to be shipped along? Is that what you mean? ;-)

BTW:
talking about traffic: Since the statistics shows that women over 40 are
causing more accidents (although minor ones) than any other group of
drivers, they have to pay more for their policies here in Sweden.
