Solution
Resizing the Document window is not an option if the current document
is maximized in the integrated workspace. Setting the Document window
to something other than maximized allows users to set the size of the
Document window using the Window Size pop-up menu options.
Setting the Document window to something other than maximized
* Window > Cascade
This setting will reduce the Document window significantly. If
you have more than one document open, the Document windows will
stagger so that you can see the title bar of each document.
* Window > Tile Horizontally
If working on only one document, this choice will leave the
Document window as large as possible while still not maximized. If
multiple documents are open, the Document windows will each fully
extend horizontally, but will resize vertically so that all windows
fit within the open space.
* Window > Tile Vertically
If working on only one document, this choice will leave the
Document window as large as possible while still not maximized. If
multiple documents are open, the Document windows will each fully
extend vertically, but will resize horizontally so that all windows
fit within the open space.
Note: The Window Size pop-up menu allows users to resize the document
window to approximate the amount of space available within the browser
window set at a certain resolution. For example, you would use the
size "536 x 196 (640 x 480, Default)" if your visitors are likely to
be using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator in their
default configurations on a monitor with a resolution of 640 x 480.
The amount of space available to web page content (and not to the
browser itself) is approximately 536 x 196 pixels. This setting does
not restrict your page to that size, but it does allow you to estimate
at what point scrollbars might be necessary to view your design.
