Not to much you can do here, the combo boxes will tend to rise to the
top as they are active content, your best bet is to redesign that
section or hide the combo box and replace it with an image on triggering
the menu.

redesign is the best bet I would say.

thanks for your solution. But I have one small clarification to be made here. "I am not facing this problem in Netscape". Then I think this problem lies with IE only. Can you please advise.
