Check your site definition if you haven't yet, you may have the incorrect
path stated for default images in the web site you're working on.

Dreamweaver is generating incorrect image paths when a new page is
created.
Instead of all of the locations being something like

"images/buttons/academics2.gif"

They all look like this

"/images/buttons/academics2.gi"

so the files work fine on the local computer, but then won't work whne
uploaded. This problem just occured, so I'm not sure what button or
checkbox I
have to change to fix that - it's an automatic change and it's ticking me
off

Checked that earlier, the images folder is pointing to the correct location -
so are the paths - it's just that instead of having "images/...." it has
"/images/..." or instead of having "../../images" it'll have "/../../images" so
all the image paths are incorrect
