When DW opens go to the "Preferences" "Ctrl+U" or Edit>Preferences

The very first tab is "General" click on the Change Workspace button.

Then click on the Dreamweaver 4 Workspace radio button, and click ok

EXIT DW, then re-open it. Done

pages like DW4 did? Full screen for the pages, a separate page for the
