Actually, there is no text on that page - nothing but images.
But to answer your question, sure you can have an image overlap text. Just
place each in separate layers. Position them such that they overlap. The one
with highest z-index will appear on top.

Do I just set margines for my text so the text gets bumped over to the
right
and place a floating image anchor in the text?
