Sometimes I see colours a little differently on my new lcd screen when
comparing on my 2nd crt monitor.
Just need an opinion on the colours for this mockup, too much blue,
overpowering?

I'm probably the last person you want to take color advice from, but it
seems a bit strong to me. I don't know what image the company wants to
convey, but I'd think the colors should either be more vivid, or more faded
toward pastels, depending on the design goals. Right now, it just doesn't
say anything to me. It's a VERY nice design and the color combination is
nice, but the shades of the colors just seem rather flat.

Okay, I'll go back to my design challenged corner now. ;-)

Design challenged - I don't think so I'd like half your programming
skill though :-D

Thanks for the look. The colour were taken from a brochure the client
showed me, but they also had a soft
purple in there as well, just couldn't find anywhere to fit that purple
though

Am just about to send the page to the client - we'll see what they say first
I guess.
I actually thought I'd stuck a happy medium going darker with the
background especially just seemed to overwhelm the page, but your comments
have been taken onboard. Will be back I'm sure for a site check when I get
to coding the site.
Thanks.

I think if the green faded to grey, instead of blue, the colours would
compliment each other better. The bottom of the page bg would reflect the
top banner; IMVHO of course.
