You can do that using the ResizeTo() function in javascript and tying it
to an onLoad event on the body tag, but I would HIGHLY recommend you
reconsider, as it's considered incredibly rude to hijack a users
browsers, and will likely drive people away from your site.

Also, most mozilla browsers have a setting for disabling resizing
functions... thankfully.
