Take this quiz first:
http://www.MadCoWWWebDesign.com/go/quizz.htm

If you pass with, let's say..70% accuracy, then go ahead and use frames, but
read this before you do:
http://www.MadCoWWWebDesign.com/go/?2

If you DON"T pass w/ 70% or more accuracy, RUN. Frames are not for newbies. I'd
venture to say they're not for intermediates, either. They're a big pain in the
rump and you are, as Murray said, opening Pandora's box. There are MAYBE one or
two reasons to ever use frames, and I doubt you have one of those reasons.

P.S. Don't take our comments as criticisms...take them as sound advice from 3
people that have a lot of experience in this area and are trying to save you a
lot of wasted time, energy and headaches!

I have a small dilemma...

What i want to do is links a single "nav_button" to load 2 different
documents into 2 different frames @ the same time.
(i.e. -- click on the link below & when to page loads click on the "NEWS"
link, wait for it to load & then click on the "SEASON 2003" link @ the top of
the page. This is the desired effect i want on my site both of the frames in
the middle load 2 different pages...
