The actual XML data file is called: -

http://www.dinkymonkeydonkey.com/GK/Klan_Info/players.xml

It's pretty simple really.. I just gave the clan ftp access to that file so they can make changes where they want but you could you xmlhttp to drop the file on the server if you wanted to (see the http://www.microsoft.com/msdn website for how to do that, it's quite simple!)
