In regards to Flash compression you could check out Optimaze: http://www.optimaze.biz/ I've never actually needed to use it, but I understand some people live by it.

P.S. Not to be picky, but film should only have 4 sprocket holes per frame... just fyi... =)

Brad:

You must be too young to remember threading film through a projector.

Sprocket holes are the white rectangular gizmos to right and left on your
'film strip' in the SWF file as seen on your webpage.
