No I couldn't find my earlier post. Thanks for replying again. I actually do
not know how to put an alternative image in there, can you help?

You didn't comment, so I don't know if you saw my reply to your
earlier post:

All in all, it's a nice looking site. You might want to consider
adding an alternate image for those of us without the Flash player.
The red text on your black background is not terribly easy on the
eyes. It's readable, but tends to strain the eyes, especially where
you have a fairly small, bold, italic font. On the pages where you
have black text in a white box, you could use just a bit of spacing
between the edge and the text.

I'm the wrong one to ask. I hate Flash enough that I don't even have the
player installed. ;-) I think you might get a better answer in the Flash
forum, but I seem to remember seeing posts here that it's done when you
publish the movie in Flash.
