Hi

NO, not as you are describing. You would make your tabs in Fireworks and
use show hide layers from the behaviours panel to change the content. So
you would have perhaps three tabs and each tab would show a particular
layer on your page when clicked and hide the other "page" layers at the
same time. this would give you the effect you are looking for.
