"Killer Tips" book is supposed to be good... but I can't give you much more
information.. I think the title is "Killer Tips for Dreamweaver MX" or
something... it kept coming up on google when I was searching for info on a
Dreamweaver error.

"Dreamweaver MX Killer Tips" is a great book.

It is a collection of tips aimed at those who are already familiar with
Dreamweaver and want to get more out of its less well-known aspects or find
better ways of doing a particular task. Many of the tips are downright
clever.

It's not designed to be a step-by-step guide or thorough reference for
learning Dreamweaver.
