Okay, so I removed the nested layers and made them all parent layers in my
document, but they still overlap. I have nothing checked that says not to

allow overlapping layers, as far as I know. (They overlap in design view.)

However, I still can't convert to a table! Now, instead of the message
when I had nested layers that read "Will not be compatible with 3.0

browsers," I get an error message saying, "Layer 1 overlaps Layer 9," etc,
and it still won't convert.

Anyone have any idea how I can get the page to convert to a table without
having to completely redo the design to avoid any layer overlaps?
