I'm assuming you have the Dreamweaver MX 2004 trial, no?

And what Operating System are you running? On what kind of computer?

Greetings, I downloaded the Dreamweaver MX trial version from the internet
(several times now) and when I launch the program it asks me if I want to
run
the program in code or design view and then nothing. And yes, I have the
system requirements. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know
how I
can trial this program (I'm not about to invest money in something I can't
even
try out).

Thanks

Hi Murray, Yes, it is the Dreameweaver MX 2004 I'm trying to run on a Pentium 4, with Windows 2000. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What do you mean by "...and then nothing"? Does DW close, does it crash,
does your PC hang such that you can't do anything and have to reboot, ...?

The screen that asks the question (code or design mode) disappears and then
nothing else happens. The Dreamweaver program icon shows up in my task bar
with all the other programs I have running, but believe me, Dreamweaver is not
running. I tried right-clicking on it to open it, but it only gives me the
close option. Thanks again Murray.
