Why not use the PVII support forums?

At http://www.stlblues.net/test_newmenu1.htm, I've implemented a new test
menu.
Using PMM, my questions are -

1 - On initial page load, the menus sandstone color first appears, then is
replaced with the Blue Gradient. I'l like it to load w/o the sandstone
color,
how do I resolve that?

2 - I want to stack logos/banner ads below the menu as I've done here -
http://www.stlblues.net
I need to insert a layer/table below that new test menu, correct? Please
help
with that, I'm having some issues doing that

3 - I will be creating templates based off this design, and several will
need
to contain existing TMM,s at bottom of page, similar to this page -
http://www.stlblues.net/cdreview_mark_nomad.htm. What's the easiest way to
get
the TMM code to this new template design, along with the essential js/css?

All help welcome

We also have email support and telephone support. It's all free and it's
unlimited. We cannot track issues on this newsgroup - there is just too
much noise to wade through. If Murray wasn't kind enough to email us and
let us know you had posted here, we'd never have known.
