The best one as far as i know is "Check form" from Yaromat.
Download it either from MM exchange or www.yaromat.com

Can anyone recommend a good form checker to ensure that each field is
populated with data before the form is sent? I'm using a simple formmail
script on the page, and don't really want to go with a different script if

Also... is there any way to make a telephone field re-format to
000-000-0000
from 0000000000 that the user enters when it arrives in the inbox of the
recipient?
