Just a long shot - try renaming your movie from banner.swf to something
else.

If this isn't it, then maybe a url to your page would help.

i changed the name from banner and now it works fine!!!

do u know why it doesnt like 'banner'

Due to pop up blockers, they don't like words like: banner ad and a few
others in file names., they get blocked :-)
