It all depends on what app the user has set as default for playing the audio
files. If they have added quicktime, realaudio, etc, they may have had the
default player for a type of audio (Windows media player) changed to the
other app. As a result, the sound isn't playing through the media player
transparently, but opening the other app to play it. Hard to control other
users' preferences. Try using flash for audio instead to eliminate the
issue.

There is a menu system that I added sounds to thru the behaviors panel, it
works perfect for me and others. I am getting reports from some users that

when they go to the menu system instead of hearing sounds as they navigate,
they have a download window open for the wav file that is the sound. What
would cause this and how do I correct it?
