Highlight the link you want to use.
Press "shift" + F3
Press the "+" button on the behaviors panel, and scroll to "open browser window"
Add the picture to the "URL to display" box and fill in the rest of the fields
once done, change the "Event" to which ever you prefer, onclick is prolly what you want.
And hey presto, done.
