When the user clicks "all", what do you want to display?

Mick,
Thank you for your help earlier. I have come to ask you another question on this subject. I somewhat understand how you coded it, although Javascript boggles my mind sometimes. Haha. I'm a front-end guy. Anyways, I need the submit button to remain on the screen at all times. Also, anytime a user clicks "ALL" , any subselections of "Year(s)" and "Custom" are not visible. Thank you so much for all your help once again.

All is actually a selection, no subselections for it.

Then move the submit button out of the "goo" <div>

Mick,
I need your help once again on this issue. Instead of hiding the subselections of "Years" and "Custom", I need them to be shown, but they need to be disabled initially. (greyed out) When a user clicks the "Years" radio button, the subselections of Years become enabled. When a user clicks "Custom", the subselections of Custom become enabled and the subselections of Years become disabled again. If the "ALL" radio is selected, the subselections for both "Years" and "Custom" will be disabled. Once again, thank you for your help.
