Dropdowns over Flash

I'm trying to develop a dropdown navigation but it won't show properly over
Flash, it'll work in Safari but not Firefox, and especially on a PC ie6+7

Are there any workarounds?

You need to set the wmode parameter - see this (it's a long url, make sure
you have it all)
