I have some bad news....

The same problem just happened to another site. On that I have just created
from scratch.

So now do you have any other ideas to why this may be happening?

Any help would be great!

I believe it has to do with your editable regions. I used to use
templates but found them not worth the effort to troubleshoot. I know
exclusively use SSI (server side includes).

Any suggestions except a re-install will be welcomed

No, not really... should the template start with code above the html tags?
Becuase I think it starts with none, and then for each page I add the code
above.

But no, there was not one particular event that started this interesting
problem.
