If I make it relative to document - this is the path I get: <img src="file:///Macintosh%20HD/Users/G4/Desktop/ontario%20early%20years%20website/infant.gif">

I don't see any problem characters in that path...
The problem ones are like / \ #$@ : and so on.

so-- just for a lark- try renaming the site folder to something shorter-
without blank spaces. You'll need to edit the site definition to match the
new folder name.
Or- even better- put the site in a different folder on the drive- instead
of the desktop folder. Try it right at the root of the HD-
Macintosh%20HD/ontario_site/

Have you tried dw4 when booted up in classic os (instead of running it in
Classic while booted in osX) It's not ideal- but it would let you get work
done while this is sorted out.

Hi,
I tried naming the folder with one word and put it right into my hardrive, re-defined my site info and still the same old story. Maybe reinstalling the software would help? I am running out of ideas...
Thanks for all your help!
