Actually, if you are having activation issues, your best bet may be:

http://www.adobe.com/activation/phonenumbers.html

By the way, if this replaces a previously activate installation, due to disk
failure or whatever, you may have to deactivate it. You should be able to get
that squared away by phone, as well.
