I don?t think the problem is with your firewall or Dreamweaver settings, but
rather with the configuration of the public wifi hotspot.

Perhaps some would consider me overly cautious, but due to the fact that
public wifi hotspots are ?wide open? I do not use them for Dreamweaver (or
little else for that matter) as I do not want my site login and password
broadcast to the general public.
