Have you installed the Caché extension for Dreamweaver?

Confirm it works with DWMX, as their website only mentions DW 4 and Ultradev
4.

Haven't used the product.... but the following can be found in the
installation notes:

To set up Caché to run with DreamWeaver or upgrade your existing
installation, start the MacroMedia Extension Manager and then select the
Install Extension choice from the File menu.

When prompted for an MXP file to install, select CacheServerPages.mxp, which
is located in the <cache-install-dir>\CSPKit directory. If you have
performed a standard installation, C:\CacheSys\CSPKit\CacheServerPages.mxp
is the full path.
