Ain't gonna happen no way, no how. Get over it. You cannot (REPEAT CANNOT)
prevent such things from happening. If the user can see the images, they
already have them.

I have a floating frame on a page which will contain thumbnails and full
size images.

I want to be able to cover the iframe with a transparent gif to stop the
pics being downloaded.

I have tried adding a layer over the iframe and inserting the gif in the
layer but it doesn't work.

What's the best workaround for this? I know it can be done as I've heard
about it in the past.
