not quite the answer i was looking for, but expected none the less by the

I have heard it can be done with CSS, does anyone have a link that could
help me.

plz, dont bother to reply with (I advise against frames) or something
similar. As I stated I know people dont agree with the use of them, but I
want to learn to use them.

Any help gratefully appreciated (telling me not to use frames isn't
considered help)

Thanx, I have worked it out now anyway and it looked awful, lol. Still using
the frames mind you )

Yes I am strictly amature but I make nice looking and easy to navigate
sites, nothing really complex and Im happy D yay! P
